a putlog scaffolding system helps explain why it is so reliable and efficient.
Each component has a specific role, and when combined correctly, they create a
strong, safe, and stable structure. Here are the main components in detail:

• Putlog: Putlogs are horizontal tubes that play a crucial role in connecting the
  scaffold to the building itself. One end of the putlog is carefully
  inserted into a hole or socket in the wall, while the other end rests
  securely on the ledger. This connection allows the scaffold to be
  supported by the building, reducing the need for extra vertical supports.
  Putlogs are usually made from strong steel tubes and are designed to carry
  heavy loads, including workers, tools, and materials. Their length and
  spacing are carefully measured to ensure maximum stability without putting
  too much strain on the building.
• Standard (Upright Tubes): Standards are the vertical tubes that form the
  backbone of the scaffolding system. They transfer the entire load of the
  scaffold and the people working on it down to the ground. Standards are
  spaced at regular intervals to provide even support and are usually fixed
  into base plates or adjustable screw jacks to ensure the scaffold stands
  level on uneven ground. The strength and quality of the standards are

• Ledgers (Horizontal Tubes): Ledgers run horizontally and parallel to the building
  wall, connecting the standards together. They provide lateral support to

  standards from moving out of place. They also serve as attachment points

  connect two tubes at a 90-degree angle, such as joining ledgers to

  do not slip or move under load. Using high-quality couplers is crucial
  because any failure in these joints can compromise the entire scaffold
  structure.
• Single/Right Angle Coupler: Single right angle couplers are smaller clamps used
  to connect putlogs to ledgers or other tubes. They allow for flexibility
  in positioning the putlogs and help maintain the scaffold’s shape. These
  couplers are designed to be strong yet easy to adjust during assembly,
  making the scaffolding process more efficient.
• Putlog Heads: Putlog heads are specialised fittings that secure the putlogs where they
  meet the building wall. They help distribute the load from the putlogs
  evenly across the wall and prevent damage to the brickwork or structure.
  Putlog heads also provide a stable resting point for the putlogs, ensuring
